Why can’t the watch connect my phone?

First, please check the version of your phone

Compatible with: devices that support Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 4.4 or iOS 8.0 or above.

If there is no problem with your phone version, please try the following solutions

1) Remove all applications related to MiBand and other devices.

2) Delete cache Bluetooth

Why can’t the watch connect to Bluetooth?

Please try these methods

Why is the watch disconnected sometimes

Need to set the millet movement to lock the background running, and start automatically.to avoid the application is closed when the memory is clear.

After the setting is complete,restart the phone to continue to observe the watch and the phone’s link status is normal.

1) The watch is English version which supports English & Traditional Chinese & Spanish.
2) After you get the watch, please scan the QR code and install the newest MIFIT application, and finish the paring process. Firmware will be updated automatically and the watch will turn into corresponding language.
